Jeff James, the newest addition to the Dream Design Builders Project Management team, works with the production team to ensure that onsite work flows smoothly. Jeff is the main contact for the client once the onsite work begins, and he verifies that the schedules are met in a timely manner and that the project fulfills the client’s vision.
Jeff began his construction career at 20 years old as a framer for residential projects, and his hands-on experience has given him an understanding of the complexity of all phases of construction. Throughout his career, Jeff has gained the extensive knowledge necessary to procure his Contractor’s License. Before joining the team at Dream Design Builders, Jeff worked as a Superintendent for several home builders in the San Diego area. Jeff has made his home in a rural area of San Diego, and the expanse of his property allows him to stable his own horses and pursue his passion for riding horses.
